Bevis för ID finns inte, men finns argument?

Detta är en intressant utmaning som jag snappade upp, och jag undrar om någon klarar att anta den:
Gör ett påstående som stöder intelligent design som:
1. Inte innehåller kritik mot evolutionsteorin. Låtsas som att evolutionsteorin inte existerar.
2. Presenterar ett argument med mer substans än "enligt mig kan inte den och den komplexa strukturen uppstå utan en designer".
3. Inte innehåller referenser till religion eller religiös text.
4. Har mer substans än "det är inte omöjligt".
