Livet uppkom för bortåt 4 miljader år sedan. Under de första årmiljaderna var evolutionstakten långsam. Uppkomsten av sexuell fortplantning för ca en miljard år sedan föreföll öka takten i evolutionen, av fossilfynden att döma. Kan du förklara denna hastighetsökningen för mig?
